“Kimberley was great when we sold our previous home. She was very knowledgeable with the market, our subdivision and the price we sold our home for. I would definitely recommend her for the sale of a home. However, once we closed on our previous home, that was the last time that we had ANY communication from her. We did not need her to hold our hand thru the building process, but it would have been nice if she had called to check in on us. When it came time for closing, the closing agents had her included on any email regarding times. She did not show up for closing and we never got any phone calls from her. I was embarrassed when the closing agent asked us where our realtor was and I had informed her that we have not spoken since the close of our other house. So Kimberley made 1% off of our new home for doing NOTHING!!! A week after we closed, we still did not hear from her, so I decided to call her office and let them know my disappointment. I did receive a welcoming basket from Kimberley with an apology, but still never received a phone call. I feel that the only reason we received a basket is because I called to complain. If this rating is solely based on the transaction for my new home, then I would have no choice but to score the lowest possible rating because she had nothing to do with the process and transaction. ”
