Kate Hogan

Kate Hogan moved to Texas in 2014 from her home state of Colorado. After graduating with her Bachelor's degree in Textiles and Architecture she pursued a career in buying and selling merchandise for major western brands. Her career in the fashion industry turned after working for the NCHA Summer Spectacular. She found her true passion when she was introduced to the real estate industry. She began in an administrative and supportive role and then launched her own successful real estate business. Kate enjoys a challenge and the completion of taking a transaction through the entire process up to closing. Her grit and determination to succeed has taken her business to the next level since 2015 when she first earned her real estate license. Partnering with Keller Williams, she received valuable training throughout her years of growth and experience. Kate knows that this market can be challenging for some, and is aware that it takes a new skill-set and approach. She is equipped and ready for the challenge. Being a member of the KW Land and Ranch Division, and her knowledge of the surrounding areas gives valuable insight and provides the skills necessary for all of her clients. When she isn't helping her clients, she is working in her community at the local chamber of commerce, supporting her church as a youth leader, and working with the young professionals in her area. She has one dog Blu, who enjoys exploring the great state of Texas with her. Her favorite animal is a buffalo. Buffalo's are known to be well-grounded, they eliminate the burdens of others through directing their energy and balance manifestation and abundance. They are determined, protective, and stubborn. Their path toward success is pure of intention, and a free independent spirit. All strong values that Kate Hogan strives to implement in her life and in her business.
