“Karen was an absolute gem! As first time home-buyers she walked us through the process from beginning to end. She was always there to answer our questions immediately. Email, text, or call and she was there! Purchasing a home during stay at home orders was not ideal, but Karen made it easy and didn't skip a beat. She was able to conduct virtual meetings and was prepared for tours with all the essentials; gloves, masks, and shoe covers. She was prepared at a moment's notice and was able to provide valuable insight that a first time home-buyer might not consider. She also provided excellent contacts for lenders, inspectors, and home insurance agents. She was especially on the ball throughout the closing process and is really the only reason our deal went so smoothly. “Karen is amazing!! She went above and beyond to help us find our new home. We purchased from out of state site unseen and could not be happier. She would FaceTime us to show homes and even would assist and communicate very late at night. She was super professional and extremely knowledgeable of the area and our needs. If we found a house we liked, she would look at it for us and point out all the pros and cons and even the small things that could be a concern in the future. She worked diligently from the beginning to the end to ensure our best interests were looked after and worked very hard to get us the best deal for our home.
