She grew up in Tomball, TX and moved to the Conroe/New Caney area nearly 25 years ago, so she is very familiar with the surrounding territories of The Woodlands, Spring, Humble, New Caney, and Kingwood. Kami has built 2 homes and remodels homes, so she is familiar with the construction and repair processes; she has vision to know what a house could be when repaired or modified to fit the client's needs. Kami is passionate about the needs of her clients, and specializes in bringing peace of mind to home sellers & buyers. By making an industry leap from oil and gas to real estate, Kami knows how stressful relocation can be; she eases her clients and makes it a fun and exciting journey to home ownership. Kami enjoys photography in her spare time; she loves to travel, and has been to Morocco, Ireland, Paris, Dubai, Spain, Italy, France, and Amsterdam photographing the beauty of their cities and the architecture. Kami also was heavily involved with an area Boy Scout troop, where her son earned Eagle Scout. Kami loves to be outdoors, she is an avid bowhunter. In the past, she has served as a committee member and editor of the Lone Star Bowhunter's Association. Kami is an expert negotiator, and an expert stager for her sellers.
