“Hands down Juston Braden was by far the best Realtor we could have hired. I have never used a realtor that I met at an open house, but I found his market knowledge, willingness to give us information and most importantly, his honesty to be very refreshing and appreciated. His follow up is outstanding He always promptly answered or replied to our calls and messages and was very through in reviewing all documents with us. He even found a large error by the title company that was in our favor at the closing table. One that we had missed, but he caught it. His analytics value approach uses more factors vs the standard CMA as most realtors use and it is by far superior and it really gives you a better idea of market conditions and how they change. “Juston was a luck meet up. I went to an open house he was hosting for a property we were interested in and he was very pleasant. I got his contact info that day and the next day I texted him and he went above and beyond to show us all the houses we had planned in less than one day. He made it easy, efficient, and was honest. This was key it wasn't emails or cold calls. He didnt bother us but worked hard and got it all done. As we started to consider an offer he walked us through his honest approach and market analysis. He used his software and data to make it easy to understand. We were able to come in with a good offer that was not only accepted, was also a great deal. He was honest and was able to give us his contacts for Inspection, etc. however he was very open on using whomever you felt comfortable with. He was great with the buying and closing process. he answered the phone at all times and did any troubleshooting making the process painless and easy. “My experience with Juston was great. Communication was important to me and Juston communicated with me fast and effectively and didn't make me feel like I was a bother, even though I had tons of questions. He was knowledgeable and if he didn't know an answer to one of my many questions he was quick to find the answer. He helped navigate multiple offers and waited for the right one that I was comfortable with. He negotiated a higher sale price and negotiated with the buyer so I did not have to contribute to any repairs. Although we encountered several hiccups during the process, that were out of his control, he was encouraging and navigated me through them. “Juston has been very thorough from the beginning. He did market analysis to determine the appropriate price for my Home, explained everything. After Home was listed, he did many Open House events, showings, lots of multi media marketing to get buyers to come in for the Open House, almost every weekend. Marketing has been key to selling my home. Every week, he emailed me analysis of the last week's showing, how many potential buyers showed up, how many of those buyers showed real interest, and also the clicks and interest the Home garnered from multimedia marketing he did. We received multiple offers and he was able to handle them properly as well, until we finally sold my home for a much higher price than expected. It was a great experience. “In a sellers market as hot as this one is, I wouldn’t trust anyone but Juston to handle my home purchase! He’s so detailed with his research, always was willing to get me answers to even the strangest questions. If you’re looking for a realtor who’s always going to put your needs before his own & make himself available to you on your schedule. We looked at roughly thirty homes before we found the one we wanted. Juston was always upfront with the facts, he laid out the pros & cons well but never tried to push us into something we didn’t want. Ultimately the house I decided to buy came available while I was out of town, Juston went and toured it on my behalf. He FaceTimed me as he walked through the house, and Boy I am glad he did! We found a winner before it had even been on the market a day and we avoided any bidding wars! Juston also went the extra mile helping me by going over & letting in contractors so they could help me estimate any necessary repairs. Juston is a true professional & I’m very happy with my decision to use him as my Realtor! ”
