I did my first For Sale by Owner and Build on your own lot in 1990. My husband and I began buying homes to flip or rent out in 1999, with the help of a friend/ Real Estate agent who taught me. I got my own license in 2007. So I have over 21 years of experience.

I've bought and sold homes for clients, from Conroe to Seabrook, including inside loop 610. I can work anywhere in the state of Texas. I am a Cypress Specialist and a Towne Lake resident/expert. I work with a range of clients, from; first-time home buyers/sellers to adept investors.

The real estate market is constantly changing. Having a professional who can adapt and understand emerging trends, the latest technology, market research tools, and available mortgage products is a must. I constantly evolve my practice to stay current and better serve my clients by providing them with invaluable insight into home valuation, negotiation strategies, and identifying potential approaches for increasing resale value.

I network with other Realtors to stay aware of what is headed to the market. I set up a detailed search for a client's new property and will quickly forward them information, when it becomes available.
