“My interactions with Juan have all been pleasant and professional. There were things about the property I wish I had been told ahead of time since I was moving from out of town and hadn t yet seen the place cigarette smell, no dishwasher, no vent hood above stove - for 1300 a month? , so I would have appreciated someone looking out for me a bit more. Ultimately, I take responsibility for those things because I needed a place quickly to start my new job in Houston. Outside of these issues, my experience has been positive and Juan has been helpful. ”
