Joe Laub

A real estate investor himself, with a Masters in Education, Joe Laub comes to the business of selling real estate with an eye for value and an eagerness to help others make informed decisions in the process of buying or selling a home. Integrity is Joe's watchword and he always strives to do the right thing for his clients and customers.

After earning his salesperson’s license, he pursued his broker’s license as soon as he was eligible because he wanted to learn as much as he could about the business, and not just “sell houses.” Thanks to Joe’s 25+ year background in the Commercial Property Casualty Insurance business, he developed notable expertise in writing and negotiating contracts.

Joe and Bethany are both Texas Real Estate Brokers and work as a team. They both have previous corporate sales experience and understand the importance of quality customer service and attention to detail. Joe maintains that he's the levelheaded one who writes and reviews the contracts and negotiates details, while Bethany is the eager and tenacious one who excels at pursuing clients and finding homes that fit their needs. Whether it's a client's first home, a move-up dream home, a vacation/ second home or an investment property, Joe and Bethany have the experience and patience to help them find it.

They love serving the Montgomery County community they call home where they cherish the good life that it offers. As Joe is fond of saying, “I am not a native Houstonian, but I got here as soon as I could.” Born in Lincoln, Nebraska, he’s been a Houston area resident since 2006. Joe’s and Bethany’s blended families include three sons, one daughter and three granddaughters.

A former college athlete who also happens to be a Certified Personal Trainer, Joe enjoys nature and exercise. When he isn’t showing and selling real estate, you will probably find him on the golf course or the tennis courts.
