I am a Broker Associate on The Simien Team at Simien Properties. I am a current member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and Houston Association of Realtors and U.S. Army Veteran. Over 11 years of delivering excellent customer service and market knowledge to my clients in their quest to purchase a home, list a property or invest in rentals. Joe helped buy a property

Joe is absolutely excellent. I cannot stress that enough. We had a long and difficult search that took months, and Joe was there every step of the way. He was always prompt, and I could call on him any time I had a question or issue during the home buying process, and since my wife and I are first time homebuyers, this was greatly appreciated. Going into the homebuying process, we had very little prior knowledge and Joe was patient and knowledgeable in all areas of the process, and not afraid to teach and guide us along the way. I can say with confidence we would have been victim to a number of pitfalls without him.

If you want a agent that will work for your best interests, look no further. Not only is Joe a consummate professional, he cares about you and your real estate needs, and he will work tirelessly to make sure they are met.

I cannot recommend Joe, and the whole Simien Properties team enough!
