Jill Watford

Jill has been a resident of Kingwood/Houston for nearly 40 years. She lives with her husband and two children. She is a graduate of Kingwood High School and Texas Woman’s University. Jill has a passion for homes, architecture, landscape and interior design, as well as a desire to assist people in finding their dream homes. After working many years in the Energy Industry, Jill retired and took on the role of mother of two. Once her children began school, she took the opportunity to pursue her dream of becoming a real estate agent. Jill joined Texastar Properties after successfully obtaining her Real Estate Salesperson license. She now works under the brokerage of Ross Lapham with Texastar Properties. Her vast knowledge of neighborhoods, local floor plans, schools, churches and community events makes her a unique agent in the Houston area.
