When I'm not sleeping I am involved in real estate in one form or another. Well, maybe I dream real estate too!

I'm a homeowner and have been for 30 years, buying and selling several properties. I am an investor and landlord. I was a Sales Manager for local builders for 10 years. I've represented investors, buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
