A successful real estate professional since 1981, Janice Ireland is highly regarded for her customer service and respected for her knowledge and experience in relocation. Throughout most of her career, Janice has focused on helping people relocate in and out of the greater Houston area. While working as a consultant at a large relocation firm, she was chosen as one of 50 out of 7,000 people to receive the company’s prestigious Best in Class Award for customer service!

Now that Janice has returned to her first love - real estate - she has carved a niche for herself and has developed a clientele of satisfied clients with her vast amount of experience and her excellent reputation. “I love taking on the challenges of helping a client buy or sell a home,” says Janice. For the past three years, she has been among Heritage Texas Properties’ Top Producing agents.

Janice realizes that time is of the essence and approaches each transaction with a positive, calming, can-do attitude. She cares about her clients and always makes herself available to provide guidance that only 27 years of experience can offer. “My job is to offer information and assistance,” says Janice. Her market area includes Cinco Ranch, Grand Lakes and the Katy area, Copperfield, Coles Crossing, Pearland, Clear Lake/League City, and country properties.

She prides herself on keeping up with the changing market by continuously investing in her education and has earned five specialty designations: Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI); Certified Relocation Professional (CRP); e-PRO, Quality Service Certified (QSC); and an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP). Janice served on the board of directors for the Gulf Coast Board of Realtors for 5 years as well as holding positions on the Bay Area Board of Realtors.

Janice and her husband, David, are parents of two married sons and grandparents to four great little boys. David and one of the Ireland’s sons, Dylan Park, are licensed real estate agents and often assist Janice in her practice. When not spending time with friends and family, David and Janice both enjoy reading and travel.
