Janice Macek

Licensed in the great state of Texas in 2003, Janice has enjoyed the great pleasure of The Woodlands lifestyle since 2001.

Where else can you find fabulous restaurants, great entertainment, warm and friendly people from around the globe, top quality schools, and beautiful parks and recreation?

You might be thinking of several exciting world cities but Janice truly loves this community and she is proud to work daily for her clients, helping them buy and sell Real Estate.

Janice was born and raised in Ohio and then moved to Chicago. At last Janice found and married her super supportive husband and came to Texas.

Janice's inquisitive nature has been good to her. She's worked and traveled around many states in the US, Europe, UK, Scandinavia, Dubai, Oman, Costa Rica, Jamaica, Mexico, the British, US Virgin, Caribbean, and Cayman Islands, and she even ran with the bulls in Pamplona, Spain.

Janice's passion is volunteering at a local, Christian food pantry, traveling, boating, golfing, biking, aerobic swimming, and workouts. She is the Neighborhood Watch Coordinator, manages the Neighborhood Block Parties, and a Canasta Group!

Many of Janice's days are spent working with delightful clients, staging homes, chatting with Title companies and lawyers, reading over home inspection reports, viewing homes, negotiating contracts, putting a SOLD sign on a lawn or passing keys over to new ecstatic homeowners.
