Jack Allen

Jack Allen III started his real estate career in June 2013, following in his dad's footsteps. In his first six months of business, Jack closed over 4,000,000 in transactions as both a buyer and seller agent for residential and commercial transactions, and has been a Multi-Million Dollar Producer every year since. Jack has lived in The Woodlands for all of his life, and has enjoyed watching it grow and thrive into the community that it is today.

Jack specializes in working with Buyers and Sellers of residential real estate in The Woodlands and all of the North Houston area including, Spring, Magnolia, Montgomery, Conroe, Willis, Tomball, Cypress. Jack's team has a wide spread all over the Greater Houston Area. Jack also has extensive experience with New Home Sales as well as Commercial Real Estate sales and leases.

Jack has a keen eye and deep interest for residential real estate investing. He has personally taken part in fix and flip ventures in the Spring and Woodlands areas and is plugged into the local investor community, regularly finding solid off-market deals for investors. In fact, Jack has sold many homes by pitching them to investor buyers as off-market deals. Jack has a great understanding of rent-to-value ratios as well as asset appreciation and thoroughly enjoys sharing that knowledge while assisting his investor clients.
