The key to any successful enterprise is as old as business itself, its service. In order to perfect service takes experience. We have been in the real estate business for 32 years, owned and operated a mortgage bank, and a building frim, have completed great transformation in remodeling, orchestrated mixed use land developements, and a real estate investor. Through good markets and markets when the average mortgage rates were 18%, through all that with some outside the box thinking there was always a creative way to make money in real estate. Today's market is no different. With some creative thinking and good due diligence there are excellent purchases,and good opportunities to sell in today's market. It just might not fit the traditional way of doing things. Things have changed and placing a sign in the front yard won't get it done in todays market place.
