The purpose of this course is to teach a new agent how to get started in his/her new real estate career. The course provides a day-by-day approach for the first 30 days in their new career that will get the real estate agent into the routine of basic marketing and sales techniques. At the conclusion agents should know how to farm, prospect and market themselves; have a checklist of daily reminders of what needs to be accomplished; understand the legalities of non-discrimination and the “do not call” list; have a business/financial plan for guiding them through the year; and have a plan of attack for his real estate career, either for their new career or to get back on track with their current career.
