We offer in-house weekly classroom training, 3 available brokers, mentor assistance via one on one, online as well. Agents can sign up for our FYI Realty mentorship program to have an experienced agent assigned to assist you with your first 5 sale transactions.

Sales & Rental Commission Programs: NO OFFICE / DESK FEES
1. Sales commission splits are 85% - 15% with a $10,000 calendar year cap. Jan - Dec
2. ALL lease and sale transactions have a $50 transaction fee.
3. Commercial leases with commission of $3000 or more will have an 85% - 15% split.
4. Residential leases are 100% commission, less a $50 transaction fee.

Other important information:
1. E&O insurance is $120 per year, paid January of each year, except for your initial sign on date.
2. Company signs, frames & lockboxes are available for new agents to use.
3. First 500 business cards and 1 name badge are supplied.
4. No office/desk or supply fees.
