International Day 101 - Think Globally Work Locally

Houston is an international city, the 4th largest in the U.S. and HAR is the largest local real estate association in the country. HAR also has international MLS area 82. What does this mean? HAR Realtor® members should be prepared for an international transaction. This course will help enhance your knowledge of international real estate transactions, both inbound and outbound, by providing access to experienced practitioners such as Realtors®, attorneys and lenders as well as valuable tools and resources.
