Real Estate & Twitter 101

This course will empower agents to increase their level of communication with their clients and prospects. They will learn the etiquette for this medium and how to create and establish an online presence in their marketplace. This information will help them convert prospects into buyers and sellers as they learn more about one another in a very real and personal way. Using statistics from the 2008 NAR Survey of Home Buyers and Sellers, agents will be given information to serve as guideposts as to what the consumers are looking for and how best to provide it through Twitter.
