A real estate transaction can be very complex. In our litigious society you need someone representing you that will look after your interest, stays current with the ever changing real estate laws and regulations and frankly, knows what they are doing.
In Texas, all Realtors® are independent contractors. A Realtor's® license is held by a broker. Some brokers would like you to believe that it is the Company that makes the difference.
