The HAR Appointment Manager is the newest productivity tool available to Real Estate Professionals. It incorporates an attractive user interface, centralized data storage and direct access to MLS Listings and data. The Appointment Manager may be accessed from any computer with an Internet connection. This innovative tool allows Realtors to effectively manage their appointments right from their desktop.

The Appointment Manager application integrates data from the Multiple Listing Service with existing Internet features to allow members to efficiently schedule appointments just by logging on to HAR.com. The product features listed below explain why the HAR Appointment Manager will be a helpful tool for real estate brokerage offices of all sizes.

Fast, Reliable Connection
Appointment Manager is deployed using top-of-the-line commercial-grade web hosting and networking hardware, along with state-of-the-art backup & recovery systems to provide the speed and reliability second to none.

Superior Data Management
Data from the HAR MLS is automatically replicated to the Appointment Manager database. New listings will appear in the Appointment Manager without any user intervention and changes to existing listings are also automatically performed. Appointment Manager also accesses the MLS membership database to verify agents’ public IDs. Listing and Showing agent’s contact information and office affiliation is automatically drawn from the MLS membership data.


Search Capabilities
HAR Appointment Manager allows users to search for various listings in the MLS system. Members may search all MLS listings, office listings, agents and appointments as well as many other categories using this feature.


Feedback Submission
Appointment Manager allows feedback for a showing to be submitted through the use of online forms. This feedback can be e-mailed from the Appointment Manager to anyone with a valid e-mail address. Feedback can include comments from the showing agent or the listing agent about a specific showing.


Instant Notification
Automatic E-mail notification may be enabled to inform you of newly scheduled appointments/showings.

Privacy Guarantee
HAR does not reveal any personal confidential information it collects about any of the Client companies or their users. There is no sharing of user e-mail addresses with any entity outside of HAR.


Individual User Logins
Easy setup of Multiple user accounts for your staff, including non-licensed staff members. Unlimited number of users for each company.
