| Agent Roster The Agent Roster contains a list of all agents in your company that are active members of HAR. If you feel that there is an error in our records, please contact Member Services at memberservices@har.com . Agent Web Site Report This report contains a list of all agents in your company that have created their free HAR Member Web Site. In addition, you may view which agents have uploaded their personal photo, and have created their personal profile. Your agents can make changes to their free HAR Member Web Sites by logging in to the HAR Members Only Portal and clicking on 'Member Web Site'. Agent Traffic/Activity Report The Activity Report allows you to view the activity for your listings on HAR.COM. Listing activity includes listing traffic, leads, schedule showing requests and appointments made by HAR Appointment Manager. The Traffic Report allows you to view the web traffic to your current active listings on HAR.COM. This Traffic Report shows the number of times each of your listings detail page, photo gallery, map and virtual tour have been viewed on HAR.COM during the term of the listings. Agent Dues Status This tool allows you, as a broker, to view a complete roster of agents sponsored under your broker's license. The list provides information on each agent's membership account status; whether or not they have paid their dues. For your convenience, we have provided a link so you can click on their email address to send them a quick reminder. Agent MLS Violations In an ongoing effort to maintain timely and accurate information that conforms to MLS policy, the listing(s) below have been flagged for review. It is our intent to provide you this notice in an effort to correct the listing before a fine is issued. We appreciate your cooperation in helping HAR provide quality information to all MLS subscribers. Agent TREC License Renewals This utility serves as a monitoring system to keep track of agents whose TREC licenses are about to expire. If an agent's license is up for renewal, you can send them an email notification to remind them that the renewal date is approaching. We retrieve the data from TREC once a month; if you find our records to be in error, please refer to TREC's web site for the most up-to-date information. Agent Birthdays This list contains the agents in your office with birthdays this month. You can send them a quick birthday greeting by clicking on 'Send Greeting'. Multilingual Agent Roster The Multilingual Agent Roster displays a list of your agents that speak multiple languages and specialize in various cultures. Data collected via the HAR Languages & Cultures Survey allows consumers to now search for Realtors that speak a specific language or specialize in a particular culture. Agent Orientation Status This report allows you to review the status of your new agents' membership orientation. A new member has sixty (60) days to attend orientation before their membership is terminated. A member is not considered a REALTOR® until he/she has attended the mandatory new member orientation. TREPAC Contributions The Texas Association of REALTORS® Political Action Committee (TREPAC) is the primary tool used by REALTORS® and other real estate professionals in Texas to elect officials who share our philosophy of strong property rights and a strong and healthy business environment. The money we raise is used to ensure that REALTORS and REALTOR issues stay on the minds of local, state and federal lawmakers – in a positive way. This tool shows the number of agents that have contributed to TREPAC, and the amount that they have contributed. Please encourage your agents to contribute. This minimal investment helps to protect the real estate industry from which we make our livelihood. Agent STAR Reports HAR developed the STAR (Strategic Traffic Activity Report) to keep you informed about how HAR.com is generating consumer email leads, phone leads and schedule showing leads to you, consumer referrals from HAR.com to your Web site and the number of times your listings are viewed on HAR.com.
