| View Company Information
The information provided in this section contains a list of the offices currently held under your broker license. View Company Listing Inventory The listing inventory includes listings in the following status: Active, Pending Continue to Show, and Option Pending. View Company Market Share Company Market Share provides an overview of your company's standing in the Houston real estate market. Taken into account is the total number of listings (Active, Option Pending, Pending Continue to Show) in your inventory, the total number of agents within your company, and the total dollar volume in listings. View Listing No Photo Report This report displays the number of listings which are missing photos in the Tempo MLS system. According to the MLS Rules & Regulations, Single-family, Townhouse/Condo, Multi-family, High Rise Condo and Residential leases are required to maintain at least 6 unique images of each property listed in MLS. Lots and Acreage listings are required to maintain at least 1photo of each listing. The required photo(s) must be added to the listing within 10 days of the list date unless written documentation, requesting a photo not be submitted, is signed by the Seller and submitted to MLS via fax at 713-335-4222. View Office Administrators Office administrators must be non-licensed office staff. This section provides a list of non-licensed office staff that HAR has on record for your company. If the status of the individual non-licensed office staff changes, please notify Member Services immediately. Please note that office administrators are subject to the Rules and Regulations of HRIS/MLS and the limitations and restrictions of state law. View Office Contacts It is important for HAR to know the responsible contacts within your company for delivering critical information to you and your company. Office contacts may include office managers, sales managers, operations managers, technical staff, or your webmaster. Please review our contact list for your office, and please let us know if any changes need to be made.
