IDX Links showing personal listings and all listings • View My Listings: The consumer accesses your listings with your contact information. • View All MLS Listings: The consumer accesses to listings on the market, disabling hyperlinks to competitors. The Schedule Showing link sends inquiries on any listing to your email address. What is an IDX Solution? • An IDX solution is the ability to display other brokers’ listings on your website. The Houston Association of REALTORS® is one of the only real estate membership organizations that provide this service to its members at no charge. • Another feature of the IDX solution is that the listing agents’ information is not displayed to the consumer. All leads generated through this IDX solution are sent to the email address on record with HAR. Where do I get my IDX links? 1. Log in at HAR.com. 2. Select "My..." 3. Select Member Website 4.
