Enhanced Company Web Sites


HAR's Enhanced Company Website subscription serves as a communication tool for consumers to learn more about your company and for you to provide information about your professional experience and the services you provide. To help you promote your company and to give you an online presence, HAR offers FREE Enhanced Company Websites. And as a sponsoring broker*, you can create your own company web site for FREE!

Enhanced Company Websites are easy to use and are self-created using the HAR Site Builder. Some of the other features of the HAR Enhanced Company Websites include:

  • The display of your company logo on all of your listings on HAR.com, your agents’ HAR Member Web Sites, and throughout HAR’s Member Finder;

  • Your company logo will serve as a gateway between HAR.com and your company’s web site by sending consumer referrals to your web site;

  • As a broker, you will receive a copy of all leads generated from your agents’ listings on HAR.com, and have access to a portal that allows you to monitor whether or not the leads have been viewed by the listing agent;

  • Administrative Controls that will allow you to manage your company’s leads, control your MyHomeFinder lead settings, access to links that will display your company’s listing inventory and much more! To access this administrative area, go to http://members.har.com/cwsites/ and login with your HAR username and password;

  • Access to IDX solutions for most HAR Consumer tools (i.e. School Finder, Home Value Finder, and Neighborhood Information Finder);

  • The ability to create your own web content (up to five pages);

  • Create links to external web sites.

    As an Enhanced Company Website Subscriber, you will become a "participating listing firm" in MyHomeFinder and you will benefit by receiving e-mails of consumers who have signed up in MyHomeFinder to receive more information from the participating listing firm when the consumer bookmarks a listing of such firm.
