| The HAR Lead Management System delivers email notifications to listing agents as soon as a lead is generated on HAR.com. In addition, members have the option to receive notifications on their cell phone by receiving a phone call or a text message. Below are a few scenarios depicting how leads are generated on HAR.com: 1) A consumer browses listings on HAR.com; 2) A consumer browses all MLS listings on your HAR Member Web site, and schedules a showing for a particular property; 3) A consumer submits a home valuation request via your HAR Member Web site; 4) A consumer bookmarks one of your listings using HAR's My HomeFinder; 5) A consumer contacts you directly from the HAR Member Finder or from your HAR Member Web Site. We strongly recommend that you do not rely solely on the email notification feature to track your leads. It simply lets you know that a lead has been generated. You should login to the HAR Members Only Portal to view your email leads at least twice a day to avoid lost leads. |
