Dedicated to the real estate profession, Dianne McCoy is a veteran of seventeen years of active listing and selling
experience plus more than an additional seventeen years of management, training and
relocation experience. The owner of a real estate firm in Houston
for ten years, plus lending her
management expertise to three
major area real estate firms,
Dianne now applies her
experience and background to the training, development and
support of real estate
professionals from new agents to
sales management for the city's
leading real estate brand with
over 22 offices and 1200 real estate professionals.

Appointed for six years by the Texas Real Estate Commission to its Education Standards Advisory Committee, Dianne was a director of the Texas Association of Realtors for over six years. She also served as a director of the Houston Association of Realtors and in leadership positions as chairperson of its professional standards, communications, and management central committees as well as served on its governmental affairs, multiple listing service, risk management and management central committees. She currently serves on the statewide professional standards committee and faculty assessment panel for the Texas Association of Realtors.

Education and giving back to the profession are important to Dianne. She has earned numerous professional designations including the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Accredited Buyers Representative Manager (ABRM),Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Certified Negotiator Expert (CNE), Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB),Certified Relocation Professional (CRP), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Sellers Residential Specialist (SRS).

As a former real estate company owner,sales manager,training coordinator and relocation director, Dianne is committed to the support, development and ethics of the real estate professional. Throughout her career, maintaining the respect and integrity of the Realtor in the eyes of the consumer has been an essential element of her business philosophy. To do this, she lends her experience to others as they develop into knowledgeable professionals serving the public.

A graduate of Allegheny College in Pennsylvania, prior to entering real estate Dianne had a ten year career in advertising and public relations with a major medical center in Ohio. Real estate is in the family as her husband is also a successful residential Realtor and property manager with a previous career in accounting.
