The house is not in good condition and is being sold for land value ($13.3/SF on the 18,810 SF lot), which is why we do not have any interior photos online. It does have the potential to be salvaged, if a buyer is up for a full renovation. House seems larger than 2,080 SF HCAD estimate and the floorplan would allow for versatility with potentially 4 bedrooms, a study and 2 or 3 baths. According to the Seller, the house did not flood during Harvey and neither did the lot. Not restricted - could be commercial or residential, but City Ordinance limits replatting to 5,000+ SF lots.
