“David Young is a rare find these days in the best way possible. Between his professionalism, knowledge, punctuality, honesty, (and sense of humor!), we could not have asked for a better experience. This is the first home purchase we've ever made, and David took his time to thoroughly explain the home buying process to us from the smallest little details to the overall big picture, and he always answered any questions we had with as much detail as necessary. He was extremely flexible with us from a scheduling standpoint, yet he assured that everything was being handled with the proper amount of urgency to meet our closing date. It is obvious that David has a vast amount of experience. He takes the time to learn what makes you "click", makes great suggestions, and during home showings he would often point out aspects of properties we would have never noticed, but it was never in a way that seemed he was trying to "sway us" in any particular direction. It was more in a way to expand our awareness and assist us in making educated decisions. David has a great network as well.
