Selling or buying a home is a major decision in your life. Finding a professional you can trust is key to making this most personal and exciting experience of your life run smoothly. My goal is to make the home selling or buying process as stress-free for you as possible. Working with buyers and sellers is not only my life, but my passion. I love the challenges that come with working with people, marketing properties, negotiating contracts, and bringing buyers and sellers together. 

Every seller wants the highest price for their home in the shortest amount of time. The key to making this happen is marketing. Marketing your property for sale is more than just listing it on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and waiting for the phone to ring. While that would be nice, it is usually not reality. In order to get the highest price for your home in the least amount of time you need maximum exposure. Marketing your home in the best way possible generates maximum exposure, which brings the largest number of qualified buyers, which in turn brings the most offers so you can choose which one puts the most money in your pocket. Your home is marketed not only by the internet and the MLS, but also via word of mouth, phone, social media such as facebook and twitter, my real estate blog, discussion at weekly sales meetings, and open houses to other real estate agents (broker open houses) and buyers (public open houses). 

One of the most important aspects of marketing your home is feedback and communication. Behind the scenes I will continually be calling agents to request feedback and communicate this back to you so that you know exactly what buyers think about your home.

I truly love what I do. I had never been at a job where after a year I was not incredibly bored and looking for a new challenge – until I entered residential real estate! If you want to be really good, you must keep up with the market changes, legal updates, buyers, sellers, showings, negotiations and still smile along the way – even though it can be tough. I find the challenge of making this happen very stimulating and I strive each and every day to do a better job than the day before.

I was born in Houston and grew up in Friendswood. I received my B.S. in electrical engineering from Texas A&M. I am a broker associate, Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRE) and Social Media Pro (SMP). A resident of the Houston Heights, I have two wonderful sons.
