As first time home buyers, me and my husband couldnt have picked better agents to represent us. Kimberly and Corey took great care to walk us through every step of the process from putting an offer, to getting an inspection, and getting an estimate. Before putting an offer on a house they provided us an in depth analysis of previous home sales so we could make a competitive offer, but also within our budget. I appreciated that they did well to provide us listings in our target area and made us feel like they were just as much on the hunt for the perfect house as we were. They also assembled the perfect team for all our needs, the mortgage company, insurance, etc all worked in tandem, with the Kidd duo as the nucleus to make all the pieces fall into place. The real estate market at this time is extremely competitive and difficult for first time home buyers like ourselves, but we never once felt lost or hopeless because Kim and Corey were our greatest advocate.
