The Houston REALTORS® Information Service, Inc. Multiple Listing Service (MLS) provides licensed real estate professionals some of the most important tools necessary to serve their clients in today’s real estate market. Real estate professionals that subscribe to MLS have access to current listing information on more than 50,000 properties for sale across southeast Texas, archived information on hundreds of thousands of sold properties, and integrated public records information for Harris and surrounding counties.

MLS Subscribers also enjoy access to critical MLS information via native mobile apps for the iPad, iPhone, and Android as well as a mobile web browser application that works on all web enabled mobile devices.  The core MLS platform also provides a robust CMA feature and client collaboration tools that allow agents to set up their clients to receive automated property information updates on listings that meet their desires.

A convenient electronic keybox system is available to MLS subscribers allowing the use of a smart phone or electronic Supra key to access properties.  The keybox system coupled with the MLS on-line appointment making capabilities that integrate directly into major appointment services like Centralized Showing Service (CSS) make showing properties easier. Free use of Digital Ink’s Electronic Signature platform and access to the SureClose Transaction Management system ensure your transaction flows efficiently and stays on track.

HRIS’s MLS service also provides subscribers with a number of free tools and services to help market their listings and their business. Free agent IDX websites, integrated listing posts to Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn and automated syndication of property listings to the top trafficked real estate websites such as HAR.com, Realtor.com, Zillow.com, Trulia.com, Homes.com and Chron.com ensure your listings get maximum exposure in the right places.  Agents can also take advantage of the Client Experience Rating & Survey system to market themselves and provide consumers and potential clients insight into your business based on ratings and comments from prior clients.
