Meet Codie Blessing: Your Baytown Area Real Estate Agent A resident of Mont Belvieu for 32 years, and a former owner of a successful e-commerce business, I specialize in the sale of new and existing homes and land in Baytown, Mont Belvieu, Dayton, Anahuac, La Porte, Pasadena, Deer Park, Liberty, Crosby, Highlands, and surrounding areas.

Prior to REAL ESTATE I graduated from Barbers Hill ISD with a strong agriculture and work ethic background, obtaining my Lone Star Farmer Degree. I continued my education at Sam Houston State University for business. I attended Lone Star College and Lee College to further my business degree and obtained my cosmetology license. I earned National Deans List recognition, and I'm a Phi Theta Kappa Alumni member. After successfully selling my business I attended Champions School of Real Estate, Coldwell Banker, and HAR for my Real Estate education, and I'm looking to complete several designations soon.

I am an active Baytown and Mont Belvieu City Commerce Member, and I attend several local City Council meetings. I'm a volunteer at Barbers Hill ISD, and participate in several community events, fundraisers, and activities. I understand the importance of our resident's involvement in our community, the decisions we make today and how they affect our community's future.

I take precedence for not only my actions but the clients and community I represent, and expect to be fully accountable for my actions in return. I turn less than stellar reviews into constructive criticism to better represent the community, 24/7 availability, high tech marketing techniques, a skilled negotiator with my client's best interests at heart. I believe strongly that it is not only my duty to represent my clients to the best of my ability, but my duty to educate them throughout every step of the process providing top notch information and market insight, so that my clients make the best decisions as seamless as possible. I have a strong networking community with lenders, first time home buyer programs, short sale programs, title companies, insurance agencies, new and custom home builders, home developers, and other companies that service the local areas. I am honest, hardworking and extremely knowledgeable about the real estate industry.
