Let's talk about my Experience.

I have been selling residential real estate for many years. Prior to becoming a residential Realtor, I managed and leased commercial properties. Through my extensive background in real estate, I have developed a practical business sense that enables me to assist clients with confidence and efficiency. My goal is to make each transaction personable yet professional for all parties involved.

I've gained more experience working with people through my volunteer efforts. I volunteer on many committees with the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR) and served several years in leadership positions with HIREBA (Houston Independent Real Estate Brokers Association). I also volunteer in local schools teaching Junior Achievement and I teach 1st time Home Buyer seminars.

Awards: I continuously earn high Realtor Ratings on the Houston Association of Realtors rating system, take a minute and look at my references on the ratings page. I've earned recognition several times as a Five Star Realtor as published by Texas Monthly Magazine, I was awarded the Leading Edge Society Production Award and recently I received the Reader's Choice Award by Absolutely Katy Magazine as "Favorite Real Estate Agent."

My Education.

The Real Estate industry is dynamic! It is important to continue to pursue education to better serve our clients. I have earned a GRI, (Graduate, Realtor Institute) and the CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert). I am Certified Relocation Specialists and a graduate of Louisiana State University. In 2020 I became a TREC Provider which means I am certified to teach continuing education classes to my realtor peers.

Ethics.

I take my ethical commitment of being a professional Realtor® very serious and can always be trusted to represent my clients with honesty and integrity. With standards like this, my clients know they will be well represented!
