Harvey's affect on the Houston Real Estate Market

I don't know anyone who was not affected by Harvey. Our home did not flood and we were affected. Many clients, family and friends are still going through getting back to pre-Harvey living. It will take time before some financially bounce back or can heal and move forward with all the loss. Already there are homes on the market that have the dry wall removed and sellers are selling "as is". As a buyer you can purchase property needing to be finished out that was flooded with the proper mortgage. As an investor you may also want to purchase, rebuild and rent or resale.
