A-Z Buyers Terminology
N
Neighborhood can a big consideration for a first-time home buyer. Questions to ask yourself: What is the commute to work? New construction homes in a Master Planned Community or an older established neighborhood? How close are the schools? How close are the grocery stores, shopping, parks, museums? Is there an emergency room/hospital or 24-hour urgent care close by? Where are the fire departments and police departments relative to the area you are leaning towards? If finding the right neighborhood is important, drive around the areas that you are targeting to get a “feel” for the area.
