One advantage of the multigenerational home is that utility costs can often be devidied amongts the adults, lowering the burden. But who doesn't want lower energy bills? Your multigen living arrangement can also be a green living arrangement. Sure everyone has a couple of devices charging in various areas around the house and grandma will fall alseep with the television on, sucking energy non-stop.
