Internet searching is the number one way most, if not all buyers and sellers get started on everything from staging to choosing a Realtor. Searching areas, neighborhoods, school districts, GPS routes to work, restaurants and local wine bars are all fantastic ways to search for the perfect home! And a great way to market to sell your home to a buyer! With this new platform the latest and greatest will be at our fingertips! Working on all devices! No app required, total cloud based and ready to customize everything for you and your Realtor to list or purchase any home anywhere in the Houston MLS area. Matrix will be amazing and full of unlimited possibilities! I am looking for volunteers! I need real people looking for real homes or that are looking to list their home. Doing a model search is fine and dandy for homework but I want the real thing! So, bring on a challenge! I am based in the NW area of Houston.
