Today's New York Times featured homes in Miami, FL, Spicewood, TX, and Traverse City, MI - each with a list price around $2,195,000. You can see them here. Compare this to what you can buy in Houston. These homes are on the market in Houston for $2,195,000. Dollar per square foot, Houston homes are still lower than these other locations.
