Staging should be a necessity for any home, regardless if it’s been decorated or not because staging will help you to present your home in the best possible way and accentuate all of the features and advantages that your house offers.

Before Staging Make Sure You Declutter

One of the first things to do before listing your Houston Texas Home is to de-clutter your house one room at a time, creating piles in each room for items that you want to keep, donate and throw away. Items that you want to keep should be placed in boxes and those boxes should be placed neatly in your garage or a nearby storage facility.
