Ok, so now that summer weather has arrived.  We take a look in the mirror and wonder who is that looking back at me??? Looks like there is quite a bit more of me than there used to be.  Winter always brings a few extra pounds, and with good reason.  Even in Houston, where you really don't hibernate, the Holiday season is so full of temptations.  Party after party with great food and drink.  Before you know it, oops, 5 lbs...oops 10 lbs...oops 15 lbs.  Get my drift?  Time to start exercising!!

I have been going to the gym and exercising for 20+ years.   I originally starting exercising to help a back injury.  I was popping Motrin daily, and finally got tired of it. My doctor reommended exercise.  Of course, I didn't believe it could help my back pain, and figured I would give it a try.  I am here to tell you that exercise is the miracle cure for so many things, both physically and mentally. And, as we age, it is even more beneficial.

Now, about the lady in the picture, Lisa Swan.  She is a personal trainer who will come to your home or gym and help you out. I have worked out with her, and this girl really knows her stuff.  Bonus...she also is a masseuse (and a pretty darn good one).

Lisa has years of experience and makes it fun.  Sometimes it's better to have someone showing you what to do and cheering you on.  Let's face it...the thought of exercise isn't fun.  Lisa makes it fun.  You have to give her a call and start your program today.  You will be glad you did!

Call Lisa today at 713-419-2221.  She will come to you, so you can work out in the comfort of your own home.  It can change your life!
