Don't Forget to Submit
The Homestead Exemption Deadline is Saturday, April 30th
Remember in 2016 you qualifiy for the homestead exemption on your property taxes-a full 20% reduction on your current taxes. Please see the enclosed Harris County and Fort Bend County Residential Homestead Exemption Forms along with the instructions. Also Harris County now has an app that allows you to file a Homestead Exemption within minutes. For more information, please contact our office or one of our agents at your earliest convenience.
Don't Forget
It's Time for all new home owners to fill out
and file their Homestead Exemption Form
They can be filed from
January 1st to April 30th
