（建新 房1）在美国，建筑商的新房都不是清水房, 当天过户就可以入住只需要家私和自己的洗漱用品！在郊外的大型社区里面，通常是开发商把土地卖给几家建筑商，建筑商再把土地分区，分级，分小，在土地之间 加人工湖，花园，然后把土地，户型，外观造型, 室内水电气加装修提供一条龙服务，把一个完整产品卖给我们买新房的屋主，而且还提供一年，两年和十年不同阶段的保修计划。 从选地签合同到交钥匙，通常是5-7个月时间！除了选地段和户型外，我认为选建筑商也非常重要-事关质量和保修计划！Besides the location and floor plan, I think choosing the builder is extremely important because builders need to deliver good quality products to our new home owners!
