Where do I shop for Rentals?

Lately I've been getting slammed with phone calls on properties that have already leased. When I ask where they find it, the answer is generally Zillow. Or others, that provide the same kind of service.

With our brisk Real Estate market, there are people who are frustrated with the lack of properties, so they reach out to other sites. The sad thing, is that they'll only get more frustrated as they search on these sites. My pat response always is, "Go to HAR.com". It's the site that feeds the others and it's the up to date one.

The other sad thing I see, are people looking on Craig's List. Many of my sale listings end up here, with stolen photos from HAR. Offering the home for lease, at a ridiculous price. Again, desperate renters, fall for it.

So, if you're looking for a rental - call a Realtor or search on HAR.com!
