It's almost Spring - Think Curb Appeal

With the unfamiliar sight of blue sky and sun this weekend, thoughts of spring have swirled in my head! You remember Spring? That brief interlude between cold, dreary and damp days  and heat, mosquitos and humidity.

A few weeks back we made our monthly trek to Costco (why they haven't put a Costco in Clear Lake yet I'll never know....but that's a blog for another day and venue). I was struck by the beauty in the parking lot! Yes the parking lot - beautiful tulips and pansies.  If making a grand impression is important to a shopping center that houses a Costco, don't you think it is even more important to have a grand impression for your home if you are trying to sell?

The beauty of curb appeal and landscaping is that it doesn't require thousands of dollars and a professional to make an impact.  A visit to a garden center, a shovel and some time can give you great results.

For more ideas read the below article for 3 tips to boost curb appeal.https://rismedia.com/2015-03-15/3-spring-tips-to-boost-curb-appeal/?utm_source=newsletter&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=eNews

In the meantime, let's all dream of Spring....and you're thinking of selling your home, give me a call and I'd be happy to share my thoughts as well.
