Light Sells the House

Use the brightest bulbs you safely can in all your lighting fixtures including the lamps and turn them on for showings. Very few people want to buy a dark gloomy home-- light sells. The extra $ you spend on the electricity will really pay off in sales price. Replace dated light fixtures in the kitchen, bath, dinning room and hallways so buyers will see why your home is worth more. Clean windows work for you to make the house seem lighter brighter and larger. During the day always have the window blinds and drapes open!
