I have heard several people grumble about their homes not increasing in value quickly enough or losing a small amount of value..during this recession but the real question is does paying rent make you any profit??That would be a BIG NO!!! So guess homeownership is still the American Dream .
Everyone has been living on a budget . . . but does that mean not owning a home? I don't think so. Even though home financing is challenging, there are many reasons to buy -- and occupy -- a home. For your family's future....for your future! For a few crazy years, you could buy and sell a home within 2 years and make money! That kind of market is not sustainable.But Homeownership is still the American Dream and a reality..
