Should I Take My House Off the Market Until Spring

If you want to sell your home, I would leave it on the market. Lots of people pull their home off of the market thinking that there are no buyers in the fall. That is not correct. The market is usually slow in August due to school starting but picks back up and December is usually my best real estate month. Besides, the inventory supply gets low in the fall giving you fewer home to compete with.
