Blake Kunetka

Blake Kunetka is a licensed broker/agent with Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty and specializes in luxury real estate in Houston. Whether it is buying, selling, or leasing your home, Blake strives to exceed all expectations throughout the entire experience. She's skilled at developing strong relationships with every client understanding their needs while utilizing every resource in her vast network to achieve extraordinary results.
While working in new construction condominium sales in The River Oaks area, Blake worked closely with developers, marketing professionals, attorneys, architects, contractors, public relations agencies and a multitude of real estate agents. She gained extensive knowledge of the complicated process of construction and real estate transactions, learning the art of negotiation in all aspects of a contract. She loves her clients and her business and works to assist with any real estate related needs beyond closing.
Blake graduated with a BA in English from The University of Texas at Austin and has taken accounting and financial analysis courses at The McCombs School of business as part of a professional development program while working for Coopers and Lybrand. She and her husband Keith have four children who all attended Briargrove Elementary and then The Kinkaid School. Her oldest Will graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 2022 and is currently serving as Submarine Officer in the Navy. Her daughter Caroline graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, Lucie attends Washington and Lee University and George attends the University of Texas at Austin. When Blake is not enjoying the thrills of real estate, she enjoys Pilates, exercising and spending time with friends and family.
