Beverly has spent the last 21 years building relationships with Houston's finest home builders, developers, lenders and Realtors. Her experience includes both selling building products and selling homes. As a licensed Realtor, she works closely with builders so her homeowners will get the very best for their homes. This approach allows Beverly to take a lot of pressure off the buyer/seller once the inspection report comes back.
"My strong ties with the homebuilding community inspired me to start selling homes," says Beverly. "Houston has some of the best builders in the nation. I love the industry, and wanted to use my knowledge to help others experience the joy of the American Dream of homeownership."
Beverly got her start in the industry when she joined the Greater Houston Builders Association as its Membership and Marketing Director in 1998. In her five years with the company, she built strong personal relationships with many of Houston's finest custom and production builders, remodelers, developers and other industry players. During her tenure at GHBA, she advanced the association's roster from number 14 in the nation to number 8 in just three years! She also coordinated the annual Benefit Homes Project. Each year two builders donate their time and talent to build a home for the project. Each builder is paired with a Houston-area developer who donates the lot. Once sold, proceeds are donated to local charities, including Texas Children’s Hospital, the Alzheimer Association, and HomeAid Houston.
After leaving GHBA as an employee, Beverly became a member -- and a very active one! She serves as vice president of the Associate Council, chairs the Builder Sales Strategy Group and was voted to sit on the board of directors for the Custom Builders Council.
Beverly's home building industry experience doesn't stop there. After leaving GHBA, she took a position as business development specialist for Stewart Title, where she nearly doubled her client list in just one year. Prior to Stewart, Beverly was a sales representative for Suncoast Post-Tension, where she held the record for highest number of new clients for two consecutive years.
